Friendly staff, clean room, and great breakfast made our stay enjoyable, with convenient access to the fitness center and an indoor pool which we loved after a day of exploring.

I had a fantastic stay while exploring the nearby Roger Williams Park. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The only downside was the lack of additional security accessing guest rooms from the elevator, which made me a bit wary at times.

The pool.
Toilet did not work, it needed to be fixed…no functioning toilet for our first night. The hotel overcharged my debit over $120.00. When I called them and spoke to the manager hiss response was, " We always overcharge just in case there is any damages. We will fix it first thing on Monday morning." He did not fix it first until Tuesday. Not having the overcharged funds available caused a very serious problem; my son was away at Cape Cod, he could not put gas in his car, and eat because the funds were tide-up in an illegal overcharge by this hotel. Will never stay there again. A hotel worker also walking into our locked room while I was getting dressed, and my husband was in the shower. AWFUL>

decent stay, but minor issues
The room was impressively clean with a bright, cute atmosphere. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy. Traveling with my dog. The location was great. It offered easy access to nearby attractions and highways. I particularly liked the fresh decor of the common areas that gave a modern feel.
The parking situation felt a bit stressful, as finding a spot during peak hours was challenging.

They have available items for convince as for toothpastes,sodas,juices,chips etc at a good prices
The curtains in room 617 didn't close completely so morning sun was not to comfy in the whole room
